We have non-expiring tickets for 3 of our 4 family members - our youngest was a baby when we got these. We are going this fall and wonder how to use them. We didn't have wrist bands when we went last time. Do we need to get wrist bands? What about our

    Hi Barb,

Unfortunately, part of your question cut off. I will answer what I can for now and if you would like to send me a follow up question, I would love to help you more. You'll want to bring your non-expiring tickets to any Guest Relations desk in any of the four main theme parks. These are located at the front of the parks (outside the gates). You can ask them about switching to Magic Bands instead. If you are staying in a Disney resort, you can also speak with the front desk about your tickets upon check-in. You'll be issues Magic Bands if you are staying in a resort and the Guest Relations desk will be able to put your tickets onto your Magic Bands for you.

I hope this helps. If I can assist you further, please do not hesitate to send a follow up question.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
