Hi there Britney, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question; we appreciate your patience as we assist all who are excited to join us for the
50th-anniversary celebration. From
dazzling nighttime spectaculars to
out-of-this-world dining experiences, there's something new around every corner!
My family and I still have some remaining days on old tickets in our My Disney Experience account, and I'm happy to share some tips for linking and using similar admission types. We used to take a couple of short trips each year, and purchasing 10-day tickets with the no-expiration option was a great way to do this.
Walt Disney World continues to honor all unexpired theme park admission, so if you purchased your ticket before 2004, or after 2004 and added the no-expiration upgrade, then your ticket is still valid.
To view the remaining entitlements on your old ticket, you'll need to first link it to your My Disney Experience account. Using the web version, use the dropdown menu and select "My Plans." Then click on +Add More Plans, and finally, Link Purchases & Reservations. Browse the sample ticket types to see if you can find one that looks like yours, and then input the numbers on your ticket or card to finish linking it to your account. Once linked, you'll be able to view the number of days remaining on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App in the "Tickets & Passes" section. If you encounter any trouble during the process,
send an e-mail to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and a Cast Member will assist you. Be sure to include as much information about your ticket as possible and include photos.
I hope this is helpful, Britney, and that soon you'll be on your way to enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World. Since you're one of Mickey Mouse's neighbors, be on the lookout for
Florida resident special ticket and resort offers. There are some fantastic deals just for our friends who live in the Sunshine State. Thanks again for visiting us at planDisney, and we hope to see ya real soon!
