None of my Disney dining reservations are showing up either in the app or on the website. How do I get them to show up?

    Hi Patricia!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you're hEAR. Thank you for sending this Disneyland Resort Dining Reservation question our way!

Hmmmm, this is a head-scratcher, Patricia. I'm so sorry that you're having this issue, but I'm happy that it brought you hEAR! While I don't have the proper magic mirror that can see inside your My Disneyland Account to dig around and see what's going on, I have two ideas:

The first is to make sure that you've logged into the account of the person who made the Disneyland Dining Reservations. Unlike other Disney Parks where everyone who will be dining together can see the same reservation as they've each been individually named and linked from their own Disney accounts, Disneyland Dining Reservations only tie back to the reservation maker. You also sadly won't be able to upload a reservation that you were not the original maker of; however, you can certainly use a screenshot of the booking's confirmation code to check in for the table or as proof to enter the parking lot should your meal be at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels.

My second guess is that there could be a glitch happening somewhere in the My Disneyland system that is temporarily not showing your reservations. Check back in a day or two, and hopefully, they'll show up then. Be sure to hold on to the reservation confirmation emails you received when the bookings were made as you can still be seated with these numbers even if they aren't in your Disneyland Mobile App. (Save them, print them, take screenshots, etc - do not lose these.)

If you or the reservation maker no longer have, or never received, confirmation emails of the dining reservations, you might want to go ahead and try to recreate your reservations as a just-in-case. Many dining reservations book up almost as soon as they're released and can be very hard to come by once you're in the parks. However, know that you won't go hungry as there are so many wonderful Quick Service dining options in both theme parks and the Downtown Disney District!

I'm so sorry I wasn't able to provide a better, more definitive answer, Patricia, but I hope this helped! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
