    Are the non-alcoholic specialty drinks, like TinkerBell punch on the 50's Prime Time Cafe menu considered part of the dining plan?

    Hi Brent and Heather!

    Yes. Although not all Specialty drinks are covered under the Dining Plan, this one certainly is. We were able to substitute a standard beverage for the Tinkerbell Punch drink for our daughter last December with no problems!
