Hi Debra,
Since
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets can no longer be purchased with the
No Expiration Option, you have something of a unique perk with your previously purchased tickets. Currently all Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets will expire within 14 days of first activation, whereas the old no expiration tickets can be used anytime until each day of admission has been used.
Debra, ultimately whether you choose to use your non-expiring tickets on your upcoming trip will be a personal one depending upon your individual circumstances, trip duration, and financial calculations specific to your plans. However, I will try to offer a few thoughts which you may wish to consider in making your decision.
First of all, how long is your trip, and will you have enough days left on your non expiring tickets? If not, I highly recommend saving these tickets for another trip. As the cost of Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets decreases significantly the more days you add, it would likely not be advisable to purchase a 1 or 2 Day Ticket to supplement your old tickets. Instead, I would try to save your non-expiring tickets for a trip whose duration matched the number of days you have left.
Secondly, I would consider whether you would be eligible for any special offers or promotions during your intended trip dates. If so, this may also make it worth your while to save your non-expiring tickets for another trip. In this regard, definitely consider the current
Canadian Resident Ticket Offer.
Finally, consider your budget and if freeing up funds you would otherwise need to purchase tickets could be allocated to a special experience to enhance your trip.
