Hi Moms! I have some non expiring tickets from 2012 and I would like to determine the number of remaining tickets before I finalize the plans for my November trip. Any idea how to do that? The numbers are on old key to the world cards. Thank you!

    Hi Linda,

It was easy to lose track of how many days are have left on non-expiring tickets, especially if they were purchased a while ago. My sister recently found some that were more than a decade old!

She was able to contact Guest Relations and get them converted to her My Disney Experience account. You just need to follow a few steps. The most important thing is to have the physical tickets in hand, which it appears that you do.

The easiest way is probably to email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. You can find instructions here for what to send in your email, including a photo of the ticket and your contact information. You can call Guest Relations at 407.939.7523 but my sister found she still had to send photos of the tickets by email.

Guest Relations at any theme park or Disney Springs can help you in person if you want to wait until you reach Walt Disney World.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Linda. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions as you make your plans for December. Enjoy!
