I have non experation tickets and need to know how many park passes are on them

    Hi there, Vicki!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

I'm so happy to hEAR you'll be enjoying a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in January! What an awesome time to visit, as all four theme parks will be joining together to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. The World's Most Magical Celebration begins October 1, 2021, and will last for 18 magical months!

Walt Disney World continues to honor all unexpired Theme Park Tickets that have remaining days of admission on them. If you have some old tickets and need to know how many valid admissions are still on them, you'll need to either speak to a Cast Member or email Guest Services. You can reach out to a helpful Cast Member at 407-934-7639, or by using this online email form. Make sure to choose "Existing Ticket Inquiries" as the subject line.

As you begin making your plans, remember that to enter a park, both a Disney Park Pass reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up. Make sure to check the Theme Park Availability Calendar for the dates you'd like to visit.

I hope you're able to get an answer soon so you can begin planning your park days!
