Ahoy there, JudeAnn! Thank you for sailing by planDisney.
Disney Cruise Line does a great job of accommodating
special dietary requests. I suggest completing the Special Requests application that can be found under My Reservations as soon as possible. Once this notation is made on your reservation, your dining team will know to make suggestions in the table-service restaurants such as
Plaza de Coco and the adult-exclusive
Enchante' by Chef Arnaud Lallement. Your request will not be automatically applied at the quick service meal locations or through in-room dining, though. You can visit the onboard dining session offered on embarkation day and notify the dining team when you order at places such as
Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods or
Marceline Market.
We have a food allergy in my family, and we always discuss this ahead of time whenever we are ordering, and haven't had an issue. The dining team in the
rotational dining restaurants is very attentive as well.
On the
Disney Treasure,
Jumbeaux's Sweets is a dessert shop that you can visit and check out the handmade gelato and ice cream. Definitely ask if they have dairy-free options during your sailing. These treats have additional costs.
JudeAnn, I hope this helps. If you have any other questions,
planDisney would love to help again.
Bon Appetit!
