Ahoy there, Kathy! Welcome aboard planDisney!
Ah, informal gift exchanges - what a fantastic pastime to be a part of as part of your cruise group! I remember the first time my wife and I joined in on the fun during our
Panama Canal itinerary - it was such a fun way to connect with other castaways! Though now, on the
Disney Wish, we may need to adjust the terminology from "Fish Extender" to be more inclusive of the different "wall-message" holders. I won't spoil the fun of your first experience with them, but let's just say, there are definitely more than fish now!
I've got great news! Yes, non-Concierge Guests can definitely walk among the
Concierge-level stateroom hallways as they can on the other ships to drop little gifts off by your stateroom! The only spaces that are inaccessible to non-concierge guests are the Concierge pool/sun deck and the Concierge Lounge. This means that you and your crew should have no trouble at all receiving all the gifts your fellow castaways have graciously made space in their luggage for!
Speaking of Concierge and the Disney Wish, I don't know if it's just me, but the amenities and areas provided are not only first-class but if you look at the ship and the Concierge decks location, it almost looks like a separate mega yacht perched atop the Wish's forward section above the bridge! Definitely a highlight of the impressive Imagineering and shipbuilding that went into delivering this incredible vessel to the
Disney Cruise Line fleet!
I hope that helps you set a final course for adventure, Kathy! Thank you so much for your question, and if you have any others, please drop us another line here at planDisney - we're always on the lookout for bobbing bottles!
Fair winds and following seas!
Andrew
