I have no-expiry days left on my ticket from last trip to WDW and we are staying at the CBR, is there a way to get the dining pkg?

Only guests who purchase a Magic Your Way vacation package (which includes both resort accommodations and theme park tickets) are eligible to purchase the dining plan.  If you can't live without the dining plan, the only way to become eligible for it would be to add park tickets to your room reservations.  I've heard of many instances in which annual passholders will purchase one day base tickets along with resort accommodations in order to be eligible for the dining plan.

Not the best of news, I know, but it's the only way I'm aware of that you could purchase the dining plan.

    Have fun on your trip!
