Ive a no-expiration ticket and just bought a 14 day magic UK ticket for use in August this year. Can i have multiple tickets on the My Disney Experience App. And if so how do i make sure i'm using the correct ticket the day i'm entering WDW please?

    Hi Rhodella!
    Welcome to planDisney.

I am happy to hear that you've purchased our 14-Day Magic Ticket, which is exclusive to guests from the UK & Ireland, and offers great value when compared with tickets purchased at the Walt Disney World theme parks.  These tickets include park hopping which means you can visit each theme park as many times as you want throughout the day, subject to capacity.  Water Park admission is also included (subject to opening) so you could spend a quieter morning there, and then head to the theme parks for the afternoon/evening. With park reservations no longer being required,  you can hop from park to park as you please throughout the day.  With Memory Maker included, where you'll have access to unlimited digital downloads of photos of your travelling party taken by Disney PhotoPass Photographers around the parks, and on those rides (you know, at that moment when we are all screaming!!) you need to ensure you are using the correct ticket.

You can have multiple park tickets stored on your My Disney Experience account.   If you want to prioritise the 14-Day Magic Ticket for your August holiday, on your first visit to any theme park go to the Guest Relations window at the entrance to the park and ask them to ensure you are using the 14-Day Magic Ticket on that day onwards, and check that this will be the only ticket used throughout your August holiday.  Advise them that you don't want to use your no-expiration ticket while the Magic Ticket is valid.

Your Magic Ticket will have a start date, and you have a period of 18 days in which to use your 14 days at the parks - you don't have to use it on consecutive days.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions - and you can send me a direct question if you wish, as I am from the UK too.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday at Walt Disney World!
