What is the no show policy? I have two special needs kids and we live day by day and some times I can’t cancel till 3pm that day

Hi Cindy! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to ask this great question. I'm glad you found us!

Visiting The Happiest Place on Earth can require some advanced planning, and I know sometimes plans change. It sounds like you are a Disneyland Resort Magic Key holder! If you are unable to visit on the date you planned, the Magic Key No-Show Policy states that you must cancel or modify your reservations by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day before the reserved date, subject to availability. Additionally, a Magic Key holder who enters the theme park, for which you have reservations, any time before closing on the day of the reservation is not considered a no-show. If you aren't a Magic Key holder, the no-show policy is somewhat similar. You should cancel or modify Theme Park Reservations as soon as you know you cannot visit. Unused theme park reservations expire at the end of the day, are forfeited, and will not be replaced. You would need to make new Theme Park Reservations for a future date, pending availability.

I hope this information helps with your planning. I know it can be difficult to plan ahead given your circumstances. The magic will be waiting for you when you and your kids are able to visit. If you have more questions about The Happiest Place on Earth, please stop by planDisney again. You've got a friend in us, and we would be happy to help!

    Wishing you magic,
    Lisa
