    If there is NO park hopper reservation available, only a reservation for ONE park (California Adventure), and I book that one park on the app with my Imagine Pass, can I then book the other park (Disney) for the same day if it later opens during the day?

    Hey, howdy, hey, Karen!

    From one Magic Key holder to another, welcome to planDisney. It's a pleasure to help a fellow Guest maximize the magic of a visit to the Disneyland Resort.

    As you know, each Guest visiting the Disneyland Resort must have both a valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation. Guests with a Park Hopper ticket or Magic Key pass will book a park reservation for either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park as their starting park for the day. After 11:00 AM, Guests with the Park Hopper privilege may switch between parks, subject to park capacity.

    If you were hoping to pop over to Disneyland to enjoy lunch at Red Rose Taverne or catch the Paint the Night Parade after starting your day at California Adventure Park, you are welcome to do so without having to update your park reservation. If you'd like to switch to starting your day at Disneyland park, you may choose to modify your reservation if park reservations for Magic Key holders become available at a later time. It's always worth keeping an eye on the availability calendar. You never know when another passholder may choose to cancel their reservation to make it available to you.
