No option to request specific bldg @ AoA during online check-in. Can we still call AoA directly & speak to room assignments to request? If so, how soon before arrival? Thanks!

    Hi Lynn,

Thanks for sending another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  You are absolutely going to love staying at Disney's Art Of Animation on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!  My family and I stayed over the holidays last year and it was absolutely wonderful!  Guests are allowed to request a certain building for your stay by calling (407) 934-7639.  Simply ask the Disney Agent to add your request to your file.  I like to call sooner rather than later, and then a week or so before our arrival, just to make sure.  If by chance you are not in your requested area, inquire once again upon check-in, they may be able to switch your room at that point.  Please remember that all requests are not guaranteed, however Disney does strive to make every guest happy.

I hope you have a magical time on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Lynn.  Please come back and visit us with any other questions you may think of!
