There is no option in the ap to change ticket dates, the only option in the Disney Experience is to cancel my tickets. This is worrying as I will then lose £500+ I just want to change from this April to next March 2022. Please somebody help -

    Hello Emily,

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney I totally understand your valid concerns about trying to plan for future visits to Walt Disney World Resort during the uncertainty of the global Covid-19 pandemic.  Please do try not to worry Emily, as I really am here for you and will try and help to the very best of my capabilities.

It really is so very disappointing when Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom have no option but to alter our jolly holiday plans to visit with Mickey Mouse, or worse still, have had to cancel our holibobs altogether.  So it's no surprise to hEar that it saddens me greatly to know your April 2021 holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is in the process of being moved to March 2022.

On your behalf Emily, I've done some research into extending the validity of our UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets.  I'm pleased to say that Guests who purchased their Ultimate Tickets direct from the Walt Disney Travel Company may be able to extend ticket dates of any unused, or partially used theme park tickets or indeed request a full refund.  However, please remember that particular or date-specific terms & conditions of Ultimate Ticket sales may apply and that any such requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort.

I'm happy to share with you my own experience of requesting refunds of tickets purchased via the Walt Disney Travel Company.  I spoke on the phone with a knowledgeable Cast Member who was in the best position possible to advise on what options were available on potentially extending my tickets, or even applying a full refund.  Guests from the UK can telephone Disney Park Tickets by calling the freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory, or if you prefer, email an enquiry via this online email form and choose Existing Ticket Inquiries from the drop-down menu.

And lastly, Emily, it's possible to discover answers concerning Payments & Amendments in these Frequently Asked Questions or simply pop back to planDisney where I'm always happy to offer assistance in any way that I can.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
