Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Linda!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Can you believe your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort is only a few months away? You must be getting so excited! With your arrival approaching, now is a great time to check a few items off your planning to-do list, including making a few
advance dining reservations to enjoy during your stay. Remember, you can make reservations up to 60 days in advance, so that booking window will be opening up for you in just a few days. As an added bonus, since you'll be staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll be able to make dining reservations for the entire length of your stay (up to 10 days) beginning at the 60-day mark. So if you've had your eye on a popular dining spot, like EPCOT's
Space 220 Restaurant, be sure to set a reminder in your calendar to book those reservations.
Since it sounds like you have a busy trip planned, let me share a few details about your theme park ticket options to help you make the most of your visit. While sales of most new Walt Disney World Annual Passes are currently paused, Florida residents still have the option to purchase the
Disney Pixie Dust Pass. I took a look at the blockout dates for this pass tier and it turns out that October 24-28 is available, so this might be a great option for you if you're interested in purchasing an Annual Pass.
If an Annual Pass isn't a great fit, I suggest heading to the
Florida Resident Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website where you can find great deals that are available exclusively to residents of the Sunshine State. Currently, there are great deals on 3-Day and 4-Day tickets, so one of these might be a good option for your visit (offers subject to change). Once you're ready to purchase your ticket, sign into your My Disney Experience account and make sure that your Florida address is listed in your profile under the "Account Settings" section. Once it is, hover over the "Parks & Tickets" tab in the top menu and select "Theme Park Tickets" from the drop-down list. From there, you'll be able to view the tickets that are available to Florida residents and complete your purchase. If you have a Florida Driver's License, state-issued ID, or Florida-based military ID, you'll also be able to verify your residency online during your purchase. Otherwise, you'll need to present
proof of a Florida residential address at any Walt Disney World theme park ticketing window or
Guest Relations location before your tickets can be used.
Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Linda. I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you lots of pixie dust during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
