    I can no longer see the plans of my family and friends in My Disney Experience. I used to be able to see these plans. These people have their settings to share all of their plans with me.

    Hi Shirley,

    It's nice to see you planning Disney with planDisney again. Experiencing Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom Park by myself is quite a thrill; experiencing it with my family adds an extra layer of magic. I'm excited to hEAR you'll be experiencing The World's Most Magical Celebration with loved ones this January.

    When visiting Walt Disney World Resort with others, it's important to connect with everyone in your party as Family and Friends in My Disney Experience. This allows you to view and make plans for each other. I understand you previously had success viewing the plans of your Family and Friends in My Disney Experience but can no longer see their plans. I know this is a frustrating Stitch-uation; let's see if we can troubleshoot the problem.

    Start by taking a look at your Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience to make sure everyone's name appears on your list. Next, click "Update" beside each person's name and make sure "All My Plans" is selected. Request that your Family and Friends do the same from their accounts. If a refresh of the webpage still does not show your Family and Friend's plans, try logging out and logging back in. If using the My Disney Experience mobile app, I'd also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which has solved tech trouble for me in the past.

    If these tips don't allow you to see the plans of Family and Friends, you may need a special kind of technical pixie dust that only a Cast Member can provide. A helpful Cast Member at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ number is ready to answer your call between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST. I've also found the live Cast Member chat on the Walt Disney World Resort website to be extremely helpful. Click the "Chat" icon on the Help Center page or hang out on the Walt Disney World Resort website until an invitation to chat appears.
