    I can no longer find my daughters reservation in the my Disney app

    Your family is going to have the best time when your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in just FOUR days! If you have plans to visit Magic Kingdom Park, you will get the opportunity to see Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade which happens to be my favorite parade. You'll love it!

    Sometimes glitches happen and I can't see some of my plans. Hopefully, your My Disney Experience mobile app is just experiencing a glitch! Try looking for your daughter's reservation on the main Walt Disney World website by going to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Scroll through your plans to see if it pops up there. If you can't locate the Disney Park Pass reservation on the app or the website, you will want to give Disney a call directly at (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and check on the reservation in their system.
