Hiya, Kayla! Welcome to planDisney - so glad you found us! It sounds like you're headed to
Walt Disney World sometime soon, and you're planning ahead to make the most of your
Disney Dining Plan. You've got a friend (and dessert aficionado!) in me, and I'm here to help with an answer to your sweet question.
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is one of my family's favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World. It's a must-do every time we visit, and I confess that we often find ourselves there more than once to enjoy some late-night ice cream after a long park day. Coincidentally, my go-to dessert is the No Way José sundae, which is a chocolate and peanut butter extravaganza!
Kayla, if you're on the
Disney Dining Plan - which will be known as the Table-Service Dining Plan beginning in 2027 - the dessert credit will cover the No Way José and other sundaes, cones, and milkshakes on the menu (subject to change). The one exception is the iconic Kitchen Sink, which would be a separate charge due to its massive size...including EVERY topping on the menu!
One pro tip for Beaches & Cream: the No Way José and the other sundaes like the Snickers Sundae and Fudge Brownie Mudslide, although not quite as big as the Kitchen Sink, are still a lot of ice cream! They're great for sharing, but you can also order a 2-scoop or 3-scoop Old-Fashioned Sundae and ask your server for a smaller version of one of the big desserts.
I hope that planning for your Disney vacation is going swimmingly, Kayla! Thanks so much for coming to visit planDisney, and please don't hesitate to
send any other questions our way as your trip approaches. We're all EARS!
See Ya Real Soon!
Susan
