With no more FastPass how do you "reserve" ride times (we are coming 1/23-1/25/2020)? How far ahead can you reserve the rides?

Hello Kelly! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing such a good question! Planning how to experience all of the rides and attractions at the Disney Parks is a good strategy.

You are correct that FastPass+ is currently suspended as the Disney Parks utilize queue space to maintain physical distance for Guests. In the absence of FastPass+ there isn't a way to reserve rides at the Disney Parks. Guests are able to experience rides and attractions by using traditional standby lines.

My family and I use a strategy to experience our favorite rides and attractions while doing our best to avoid long lines. Our plan is to always get to the parks early! We like to arrive just before park opening! We experience as many rides and attractions as we can prior to lunchtime. We then head back to our resort hotel for lunch and a relaxing nap in the room or by the pool. Of course, the break by the pool always includes a Mickey Ice Cream Bar! We will then head back to the same park for the evening! We remain at the park until park closing time. Guests who are in a line, at park closing time, are able to experience that ride or attraction even when the park closes. Be sure to be in that line prior to park closing time!

The only exception to no ride reservations is for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disney's Hollywood Studios. Guests wishing to experience this amazing attraction can use the My Disney Experience to secure a Boarding Pass. Guests need to be quick to secure their Boarding Pass because they go at lightspeed!
