    Have no expire hopper tix. Need to buy 2 more for children coming. Can we add dining plan to all of them. The original tix had dining plans

    Thanks for coming to the Moms Panel. The Disney Dining Plan has a lot of bells and whistles to it.

    If you are not a Disney Vacation Club Member, you will have to purchase new tickets for all guests in the room in order to qualify to purchase the Disney Dining Plan. This creates what Disney calls a Magic Your Way Vacation Package that includes room, tickets, and dining plan. Unfortunately, the non-expiring tickets do not allow you to create a vacation package. In my opinion, the money you save from using your non-expiring tickets far eclipses any savings you might see with the Dining Plan, so if you're trying to stay on a budget, go a la carte for your dining this vacation and use your old tickets.
