Hi there Melanie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'd be happy to help with your vacation planning question.
I remember when it was possible to add a non-expiration feature to theme park tickets! In fact, I also still have a similar ticket from many years ago that I occasionally use for day trips.
Have you visited the
NBA Experience at
Disney Springs before? I had the opportunity to spend some time there recently, and it was a slam dunk! My friends and I had a great time exploring and participating in activities such as NBA-themed trivia, a slingshot shooting challenge, and a draft combine simulation. Melanie, since your tickets were purchased before the NBA Experience was an option, they are unfortunately not valid for this experience. I spoke with a Cast Member who informed me that it would be possible to upgrade your ticket to include admission to the NBA Experience by calling the
Disney Help Center and speaking with someone who specializes in existing tickets. With a little assistance you will be on your way to living your own hoop dreams!
After working up an appetite on the court, I suggest taking some time to explore the dining options at Disney Springs. While you're in the West Side neighborhood, you might want to check out the newly opened
City Works Eatery & Pour House for some classic American fare and wide selection of craft brews. It looks like a sports fan's paradise, and I can't wait to dine here myself on a future trip.
I hope I have helped finalize some last minute details of your upcoming Walt Disney World adventure. I wish you a wonderful visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
See ya real soon!
