Hiya Carmen - welcome to
planDisney!
It's always great to hEAR from a fellow Ohioan!
Walt Disney World Resort has offered so many different kinds of tickets and passes that it's impossible for me to even begin to guestimate what you might be holding on to, but rest assured, there is a way to get to the bottom of this! First, can I tell you a secret? I often have dreams about finding old and unused
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets hidden away in various drawers and boxes around my house. Sadly, I think I've looked enough times that I can completely rule out that possibility!
If I were you, I would start by
calling the Existing Tickets line to speak with a Cast Member who specializes in tickets that are already purchased. I know that wait times on the phone can be long at times, but I think it will be worth it! Just be sure to have any and all information about the tickets handy. As I mentioned, tickets come in all shapes, sizes, colors, formats, and more, so I can't be too specific here, but in addition to the physical tickets, is there any other documentation you might have? It's probably not necessary but could be helpful in rare cases, so hunting that down before you call might be a good idea.
You can also try emailing the special team that investigates older tickets by
following the instructions here. Actually, maybe start with this route and follow up on the phone if you don't get a response - it will save you some time on hold. I'm sure you'll be able to get to the bottom of it one way or another!
When you do make your way back down to see Mickey again, get ready for
some exciting changes! One that I simply can't get enough of is the brand-new
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind rollercoaster at
EPCOT. It's a blast and can't be missed!
