Hello again, Amy, and welcome back to planDisney! You've come to the right place to discuss
Fantasmic! at Disneyland! This is one of my very favorite topics to chat about.
Based on the particular time of year you are visiting, Amy, Fantasmic! in Disneyland Park is scheduled for weekends only. I encourage you to check the
Daily Events Calendar on the Disneyland website, under "Fireworks & Nighttime Entertainment," for the most current information and to see which dates Fantasmic! may be occurring during your visit. Make sure your particular date is selected from the "Change Date" at the top. That said, it's important to know that the schedule can change at any time.
If you do happen to be in the parks on a weekend date and would like to watch Mickey Mouse battle evil on the Rivers of America, you may do that by purchasing a
Fantasmic! Dining Package for a spot in the reserved viewing area (as you mentioned) or find a stand-by viewing spot. In my experience, there is a small viewing area reserved for ECVs and wheelchairs on the Frontierland side of Rivers of America and right near the water. I suggest you speak with a Cast Member around 45-60 minutes before showtime to inquire about a viewing area for you and your husband.
Then while you're waiting for the show to begin, enjoy the Funnel Cake you just picked up via Mobile Order from
Stage Door Cafe. It's my favorite Disneyland treat, when it's on the menu!
I hope this information has been helpful to you, Amy! I trust you'll be dreaming a fantastic dream in no time. If any other planning questions come up as you're preparing for your upcoming visit, you know where to find us!
Magic awaits,
McCayla
