After a thorough search, I did find that
there is very limited availability on the week of June 1st. I went ahead and checked each individual day of the week for you, and I can see that there is some availability for EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park throughout the week. At this point, Laura, there is nothing you can do in order to find availability at the other two Theme Parks, but there is one more option for you to try!
What you can do is upgrade your Theme Park tickets to include the
Park Hopper Option. This way, you'll be able to make Theme Park reservations for EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom (depending on further availability, of course), head on to those parks on the days you have reservations, and then hop on over to a different Theme Park after 2 p.m.
In order for you to upgrade your tickets, you will need to speak to a friendly Cast Member through the chat box within the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Since your trip is fast approaching, I would suggest that you do this sooner rather than later, though! I know that this isn't the news that you were expecting to hear, but it's definitely better than nothing.
