Hi there, Inez! Welcome to planDisney!
As a fellow Floridian, I know how much fun it is to plan a day trip to Walt Disney World. It's a nice break from the daily routine, and we're so lucky to be able to pop over whenever we like. Just one of the many awesome things about living in the Sunshine State!
It sure looks like everyone in the galaxy is planning to visit
Disney's Hollywood Studios over the next couple of months! You're right that
Disney Park Pass reservations don't appear to be available until late June. At the moment, Disney doesn't have a last-minute alert system, and as far as I can tell, reservations could open at almost any time as Guests change their plans. For now, I'd keep an eye on the
Availability Calendar in case there are any changes.
In the meantime, you can still have a blast at Disney's Hollywood Studios if you've added the
Park Hopper Option onto your Theme Park tickets. You'd just need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for a Theme Park that has availability for the day you'd like to visit, then head to that Park first on that day. When Park hopping opens at around 2 p.m., you can just hop over to Disney's Hollywood Studios. No need to make another reservation! The only thing you need to know if you decide to go this route is that you'd be unable to try for a
boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance because they're distributed daily at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. But the rest of
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will be yours to explore!
I hope this helps you plan a day that's fun
to infinity and beyond, Inez. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that you're able to find a day that works for your family. Please do come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
