i have nine tickets. i have 7 assigned in the ap. i took a sharpie pen to mark initials on the each card for my family members when i assigned them in the ap. but two of the ticket cards i didn't and now i can't figure out which two these are for

Hey there, Tammy. Welcome to planDisney

Tammy, it can be kind of confusing keeping up with so many tickets - that's for sure! But no worries, I think we can get it figured out. Do you have the MyDisneyExpereince mobile app downloaded on your smartphone? If not, I'd suggest downloading it now because it is very user-friendly and I think the best way to figure out whose ticket is whose.

Once you have the app downloaded, open it up and log in if necessary. Then on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, select the three blue horizontal lines. This is going to open up a menu. Look for a tab called "Tickets and Passes" and select that option. From here, you should be able to see every ticket that you and the people you are connected to via the "Friends & Family" list. Since you assigned everyone their ticket, you are already going to be connected with everyone. Then, you can see who each ticket belongs to because the ticket number is listed under their names. You can scroll through and see everyone's ticket. I'd write out each of your family members' names on a piece of paper and then go through all of the tickets on the app and write the ticket number down beside their names. Then, there should be two people that you don't have a ticket number for, so you'll know which two people to assign your last two tickets.

I hope this helps you work it out, Tammy. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help.

    Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
