Is the nighttime drone show still happening at Disney Springs? I haven't heard anything about it recently. We are visiting in June.

    Hi Karen,

Thank for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I believe you are referring to the Starbright Holidays drone show at Disney Springs. The show, which featured lighted drones flying in formation to holiday songs, took place nightly over the lake at Disney Springs from November 20, 2016 through January 5, 2017. It was a limited edition performance for the holiday season.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any other drone shows that are planned for the near future. My family loved the Starbright Holidays show and we're hopeful that it returns for the holidays in 2017.

Even without drones, there's lots to see and do at Disney Springs -- shopping, dining and entertainment. We love browsing the shops and grabbing dinner or a drink at one of the new venues.

Please let us know, Karen, if you would like recommendations for restaurants or entertainment during your June Walt Disney World vacation. We're always happy to share our thoughts with other guests. Enjoy!
