I have 5 nights reservation starting June 9th at the all star movie resort. Is it possible to have a bunk bed instead of the one of the queen beds in the room? Thank you

    Hi there, Jorge!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I’m so excited to hEAR that your magical summer adventure to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner! A five-night stay at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort sounds like a perfect way to kick off your unforgettable vacation. That larger-than-life theming, adorable photo spots, and convenient access to Disney transportation make it a fan-favorite for families and movie lovers alike!

Jorge, the standard rooms at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort include two queen-size beds, one of which is a Murphy-style table bed. This bed conveniently folds down from the wall and transforms into a comfortable sleeping space at night, then tucks back up during the day to reveal a table and chairs. Perfect for a little extra space to enjoy snacks or plan your day in the parks! At this time, bunk beds are not offered as an option in any of the room categories at Disney’s All-Star Resorts.

If your travel party is looking for an alternative sleeping arrangement, maybe to help little ones sleep separately or add a fun twist to bedtime, I'd suggest checking out the Family Suites at Disney’s Art of Animation or Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. These suites include a queen bed, a double-size sleeper sofa, and a double-size pull-down bed (similar to a Murphy bed), offering three separate sleeping spaces. While not traditional bunk beds, the layouts do give everyone a bit more room to stretch out after a pixie-dusted day!

Jorge, here's a little pro-tip for you before you leave! I recently stayed at All-Star Movies with my kids, and we hadn’t been since they were babies. I was able to recreate some old photos of them at the resort, and they are the coolest memories from our stay. So don’t be shy and capture every moment. You never know when you’ll want to come back and recreate those with older, taller mouseketeers. Spoiler alert! I’m not crying, you are!

Wishing you a reel good time during your stay at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort! Hope to see you back again for more planning tips or any questions that might pop up!

    See ya real soon,
