3 nights POR/2 day MWY ticket. We will do 2 days in MK(kids 2,6,8). I want to squeeze every drop of magic out of our short trip but I'm thinking we should go back to resort on day 1 to rest before heading back since MK is open late. Your thoughts?

    Hi Steve:

My boys are 8 and 6 and have been traveling to Disney World since they were infants.  I think you have the right idea to dedicate both days to Magic Kingdom since that Park will provide plenty of variety for all of your children and you can take your time exploring knowing that you can hit any attraction you missed, or any attraction you want to ride again, on the second day.

If you plan to be at Magic Kingdom at or close to opening, unless your children are very different than mine, especially your two year old, I strongly recommend heading back to the Resort to rest.  Your two year old can nap while your older children can lounge, watch TV, swim in the pool, read, or go to the arcade to recharge before heading back out to the Park to enjoy the later hours.

    Enjoy your vacation.
