    2 nights at POFQ and just 1 park day in Epcot. I can't choose just 1 park day on my reservation. Do I just book the 2 nights and then purchase 1 day ticket at the gate? I have reward dollars redemption cards. Can I use them to buy tickets at gate

    Hi Christine! Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’re excited to book your next visit to Mickey and Minnie’s Florida home…Walt Disney World!

    I’m glad you came to planDisney for clarification! If you were trying to book your two nights and purchase your one ticket as a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, the website wasn’t allowing you to do that because a vacation package must include a minimum of two theme park tickets to be a package. But hakuna matata (no worries)! I can give you some guidance on booking your room and your theme park ticket!

    If you are reserving Disney’s Port Orleans – French Quarter (a great choice!) for two nights and plan on visiting one park (EPCOT), then you would book your hotel on the Walt Disney World Resort website separately from your theme park ticket. When you purchase your EPCOT ticket, you can do so as a separate transaction on the Walt Disney World Resort website or purchase your ticket at the gate on the day of your visit. I always recommend purchasing your ticket in advance on the website, rather than purchasing it at the gate on the day of your visit. It’s a huge timesaver to purchase your ticket in advance!
