On nights where the Magic Kingdom does the Villains After Hours event, do they still do the regular firework and castle shows before the event?

    Hello, Aaron,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  The Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park is an absolute blast getting to see a slightly more sinister side of the Magic Kingdom.  The park is filled with lots of mysterious music and lights along with an amazing nightly show called Villains Unite the Night.  And since there are a limited number of tickets sold to this event, you will be able to enjoy over 25 attractions with little to no waits.  There may even be a few surprises mixed into a couple of the attractions!

Since this event is after hours, there will still be the nightly Happily Ever After fireworks and Once Upon a Time show. The bonus is that guests who have purchased tickets for the Villains After Hours event may enter the park at 7:00 PM so they can also enjoy the fireworks, too!

If you go to the event, make sure to plan on seeing Maleficent, the fire-breathing dragon. It is an incredible sight in the nighttime.  Wishing you a magical day!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
