On the nights of the Halloween party, what happens between regular park hours and the party? Do all of the guests have to exit and re-enter with party tickets? If we don't plan to attend the party is it better to go on a non party day?

    Hi Deborah!

On nights when there are special ticket events at the Magic Kingdom like the Halloween and Christmas parties, guests with tickets to these events get wristbands to wear. You will either get the wristband as you enter the park with your party ticket, or there are various stations throughout the park where you can pick up your wristband by showing the castmember your valid ticket.

With party tickets, you can enter the park as early as 4:00 pm, and when the party starts at 7:00, castmembers will begin checking for the wristbands before allowing access to the attractions. If you don't have a wristband or party ticket, you will be politely asked to leave the park in preparation for the party.

If you do not plan on attending the party, I would suggest visiting the Magic Kingdom on a non-party day when you will be able to stay throughout the night and enjoy the fireworks.

I hope this helps! Have a wonderful vacation!
