The night before my wedding (6/26/26 @ 9:30 am) I’ll be at GF Club Level room for the bridesmaids and I to get ready in really early in the morning. What are some light breakfast options to bring to the room?

Hi Miracle! Welcome to planDisney, and congratulations on your upcoming wedding! What a beautiful way to begin your Happily Ever After, and at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, no less! There’s truly no better place to wake up on such a special day, and I’m thrilled to help you plan a calm and magical morning for you and your bridesmaids.

The Grand Floridian Club Level lounge is a wonderful option for an elegant, easy breakfast before the big day begins. The lounge typically opens from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily and offers a great spread in the mornings. You can expect coffee, tea, and juices alongside a rotating selection of pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and bagels. They sometimes also offer hot items like oatmeal or eggs, which can be the perfect light but satisfying option while you’re getting ready.

If you’d prefer to stay in the comfort of your room while everyone prepares, you can also order from the Private Dining menu, which begins service right at 7:00 a.m. The in-room breakfast menu at the Grand Floridian is delicious and full of variety, from fruit plates and yoghurt to mimosas, a roasted tomato and feta cheese quiche, avocado toast, and more traditional breakfast favorites. It’s a lovely way to enjoy a little extra pampering with your bridal party before the celebration begins.

Since your wedding day will start bright and early, you might want to have a few light bites ready beforehand. I recommend stopping by Gasparilla Island Grill the night before to pick up some easy options you can keep in your in-room mini fridge. This includes fresh fruit cups, salads, or overnight oats. That way, if anyone needs a bite before the Club Level lounge or Private Dining open, you’ll have something quick and refreshing on hand.

Miracle, your morning at the Grand Floridian sounds absolutely dreamy. With a little preparation, you’ll be able to savor every magical moment before stepping into your fairytale day. Congratulations again, and please don't hesitate to reach back out to us with any other questions you might have. Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
