Is there a night time parade that will be taking over for Main Street Electrical Parade after August 20 and if so when will it start?

Howdy, Schuyler! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Nighttime entertainment at the Disneyland Resort is simply in a class all its own! It was so wonderful to see the classic Main Street Electrical Parade return home this year. As of right now, they haven't announced another parade that will immediately replace the Main Street Electrical Parade after it dims its lights on August 20, 2017. However, it was recently released that the dazzling Paint the Night Parade will return next year, but this time over in Disney California Adventure Park! I cannot begin to describe how excited I am to see this parade again. I was absolutely mesmerized when I experienced it during the Diamond Celebration!

While there may not be a regular nighttime parade at Disneyland Park for some time, that doesn't mean there isn't other fabulous entertainment to enjoy once the sun goes down. A newly re-imagined Fantasmic! has returned to the Rivers of America and the "Remember...Dreams Come True" Fireworks Spectacular continues to delight Guests on select nights. You can even purchase a Fantasmic! Dining Package to ensure you have the best view of the show!

Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog as they will be the first to announce any new parade offerings coming to the parks. See ya real soon!
