Hi, we are going for a 1 night stay in a couple of weeks at the Saratoga Village, I wanna know what time is the check in since we will go driving, I wanna know what time should we arrive

Hi Sheyla! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is just around the corner! I love this Disney Resort hotel’s proximity to Disney Springs. It is a great spot to get away for the night and I am excited for you to arrive soon!

You can check-in at Disney Deluxe Villas at 4:00 P.M. and all other Disney Resort hotels at 3:00 P.M. If you arrive earlier, you can visit the Front Desk to see if your room is ready. I have checked in early many times! If you would like, you can complete Online Check-In now and enter your mobile phone number. This will allow you to possibly receive a text message prior to your arrival when your room is ready and will include your room number. I adore this feature because after a long day of travel for my family, we are able to skip the Front Desk and head straight to our room!

If for any reason your room is not ready when you arrive, Bell Services will be happy to assist you with holding your luggage while your room is prepared. Then, you are free to head to the theme parks or Disney Springs to get started with your fun stay!

I hope this helps with your arrival, Sheyla! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
