Will there be a night parade at Magic Kingdom soon?? We miss the Electrical Parade ...

    Hi Melissa!

Your question certainly tugged at my heart because the Main Street Electrical Parade is my all-time favorite nighttime experience at Walt Disney World Resort. I loved the music, the classic floats and everything about the parade, and just like you I was so sad when it turned off its lights for the final time! (I am heading to Disneyland Resort with girlfriends in just a few days and I'm so excited to see Paint The Night Parade because I've heard so many wonderful things...maybe I will have a new favorite parade!)

Currently, there is not a nightly parade at Walt Disney World Resort. However, there are nighttime parades if you are attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. My second favorite nighttime experience (right behind the Main Street Electrical Parade) is Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. With amazing music (that my family and I sing all year long!) and unique and memorable Disney Characters, you don't want to miss this parade! If you are attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you can enjoy Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, which is also quite a bit of fun.

Since Disney Imagineers are always bringing new and amazing things to the theme parks for Guests to enjoy, you never know what will make its way to the theme parks in time for your trip. So keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about new things coming to Walt Disney World Resort as you plan your next vacation!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
