i have a 9 night package for 3 adults and 1 child (3). 1adult is going to be there for 3 days, so we have 6 extra full service dining and 6 extra quick service meals and snacks. can my 3 year old use an adult meal if we book more full service dining?

    Hi Jeffrey!

Even though, logically, it doesn't make the most sense, The Disney Dining Plan policy states that you will not be able ust those extra adult credits to pay for your child. If it were me, I would go ahead and make plans to enjoy an extra table service meal, while being prepared to pay out of pocket for the child's meal if necessary. I would definitely ask again at the restaurant when you arrive because some dining establishments may be willing to let you use the adult credit to pay for your child.  It never hurts to ask, and although I cannot guarantee anything, I do know that the cast members will do everything possible to accommodate your request!

I was in a very similar situation last year, when my brother and sister-in-law left a day early.  We were able to use the extra Deluxe Dining Plan credits to dine at Cinderella's Rotal Table, no questions asked!  I would definitely try if I were you despite the written policy!  It only makes monetary sense that this would be allowed!
