Hi Michelle!
Greetings and thanks for coming to planDisney with your question. I'm typing this as fast as I can because you set sail TODAY! Oh boy, I'll bet you are over the moon with excitement.
You may have already heard the "Welcome Aboard" and walked on the lovely
Disney Magic. But I still wanted to get you this information!
First and foremost, your fireworks time will be driven by which
rotational dining dinner service you have, Main Seating or Second Seating. Both fireworks spectaculars will be after your dinner service. For Second Seating, that was 10:30 P.M. on my sailing last week and likely 8:00-8:30 P.M. for Guests who have Main Seating. You will want to arrive early because they are asking Guests to socially distance and have the spots marked with blue dots for where they would like Guests to stand. The time is always subject to change, so you'll want to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard to confirm the exact day and time for your particular sailing.
There's not currently a Pirate Night in the traditional sense right now, but for Guests on cruises 4 nights or longer, expect a pirate takeover at dinner as well as a pirate themed menu. So you can still feel free to dress up in your finest pirate "gARRRb" to get in the swashbuckling spirit. I expect that Pirate Night in all its glory will be back before we know it. Plus, keep a weather eye for Captain Jack Sparrow...he is hanging out on
Castaway Cay and greeting Guests as only he can do!
Michelle, now go have an excellent adventure at sea. Wishing you a MAGICal cruise!
Bon Voyage!
Sherry
