Ahoy there, Juliana, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like your wish of a Mediterranean cruise is about to come true, so I’m happy to help you explore all there is to experience on the
Disney Dream.
With Broadway-style shows, first-run movies, and deck parties
included, you can be assured there is no shortage of Disney entertainment for you to choose from while sailing the Big Blue. With that being said, Disney Cruise Line doesn’t typically release those dining and activity schedules until about six months prior to your sailing. With that in mind, I’m happy to share some insights from
similar itineraries this summer so you have an idea of what to expect.
For example, Guests who sailed on the 7-night Mediterranean sailings on the Disney Fantasy this past May had the pleasure of partaking in not one, but two
deck parties! The ship showcased some swashbuckling fun for
Pirate Night about halfway through the voyage. In my experience, that includes everything from a themed dinner menu to your favorite Disney Characters dressing up in their finest pirate garb. I also noticed Mickey's Color Spin on the agenda. And on most 7-night itineraries, you’ll also find evenings where both Semi-Formal and Formal dinner attire is welcomed.
Of course, the best way to stay up-to-date with all the cruise activities, theme nights, and entertainment schedules is through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once onboard. Connect to the free DCL-GUEST wifi and it will be smooth sailing from there!
Adventure is out there and I know you’re counting down the days until your cruise. I invite you to write back to me directly around the beginning of the year if you’d like me to hunt down those details for you. Otherwise, if any other questions pop up between now and then, you’re welcome to sail back to us here at
planDisney, where any of my pals will be happy to lend a helping hand.
Bon voyage,
Sami
