If we have a 2-night Galactic Starcruiser reservation followed by 3 nights at the Swan, can we make ADRs for the entire 5-day length-of-trip 60 days before the first reservation, or would we have to do 60 days prior to each separate reservation? Thanks!

Hi Emily! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!

How exciting! A trip on the Halcyon Starcruiser! I have heard from many Guests that this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is not only incredibly immersive but mostly all-inclusive as well. Once you enter the adventure, your itinerary begins, and all of your meals are included during your stay. One of my fellow planDisney panelists has experienced it all, and she reported back that the food is delicious and plentiful!

I love that you have decided to extend your trip to a few more days to enjoy the rest of the Walt Disney World Resort. The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is a great choice and the location is unmatched. Having three Disney Resort Hotels, two parks, and many restaurants just steps away is like a dream come true!

To answer your question, your booking window for Advanced Dining Reservations is based on your hotel reservation. You will need to book your reservations 60 days out from each hotel stay. As we talked about earlier, the Galactic Starcruiser has taken away any planning when it comes to meals. I have a feeling you will be pleasantly surprised (and very full) when you debark from your mission on the last day. When booking your dining for the Swan Hotel, you will need to do so 60 days before each day of your stay. Although this hotel is on Walt Disney World property, the benefits are slightly different. Only Disney Resorts Collection hotels qualify for dining reservations to be booked for your entire length of stay at once.

Don't let this deter your plans, you'll still have plenty of opportunities to get the dining reservations that you prefer. Make sure to be logged on each morning to your My Disney Experience account before the 5:45 AM EST booking window begins 60 days before your stay. Go directly for the "hard-to-get" reservation and I'm sure some Disney magic will be on your side! If you happen to not get everything that you want, make sure to download the My Disney Experience App on your mobile device to continue to check for availability leading up to your stay. There have been many instances where I was able to snag one just a day or two before our arrival!

Emily, it seems like you have a magical trip on the horizon! I'm excited about the experiences that are coming your way!

May the Force be with you during the planning process!
