We are going on the 7 night Disney Fantasy cruise. I would like to book dinner at Palo or Remy; however, I don't want to miss our Animator's palate rotation. When do we find out our dinner rotation schedule? Is it when we check in at the ship?

    Ahoy, Tracie!

Thanks so much for using the Disney Parks Moms Panel as a planning resource for your upcoming Disney Cruise vacation. We're happy to help!

When you check in at the cruise terminal, you'll be given your Key to the World cards. Your dining rotation will be printed on the cards with the letters A, E and R. The letters stand for the Main Dining Restaurants on the Disney Fantasy (A = Animator's Palate, E = Enchanted Garden, and R = Royal Court). You will have seven letters listed, and that will be the order of your rotation. Also listed on your Key to the World card will be the table number. You'll have the same table number each evening, and the same wonderful team of servers as well.

In the event your Palo or Remy reservations end up being on the same evening you're scheduled to dine at Animator's Palate, you can make changes on the first afternoon you're on the ship. Your daily schedule (Personal Navigator) will list a time and place to make dining changes. Simply stop by and you can either change your rotation or visit Palo or Remy  to make reservations for another evening.

The good news is that on a seven night voyage, you'll get to rotate through all of the Main Dining Restaurants more than once. By booking your Palo or Remy meal on one of the later nights of your cruise, you can make sure that you'll have already dined at Animator's Palate at least once.

I hope this is helpful in planning and preparing for your cruise! Please come back and visit if you have any more questions.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
