Ahoy, Kara!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Setting sail on a magical voyage to the Bahamas sounds like the perfect start to the new year! The Disney Dream has activities and fun on every deck! Whether you're interested in getting pampered at Senses Spa & Salon or seeing a movie in the Buena Vista Theatre, there's something for everyone onboard every Disney Cruise!
Booking a reservation at
Palo is a must-do aboard any Disney Cruise! My husband and I love to sneak away for a romantic dinner for two overlooking the ocean. I completely understand how great it would be to know in advance what your dining rotation is in order to book Palo reservations on a particular evening during your cruise. Unfortunately, you won't know for sure which Main Dining Restaurant is repeated until you arrive at Port Canaveral and receive your "Key to the World" card with the dining rotation on it. I recommend giving the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to put a special request on your reservation for a specific dining rotation during your cruise. You can then make reservations for your dinner at Palo based on the rotation you requested. This request will not be guaranteed, but it's always worth a try!
Ooo, in my opinion, Pirate Night in the Main Dining Restaurants is so much fun! I always try to book dinner reservations at Palo on whichever night is a repeat of one of the Main Dining Restaurants. If that happened to fall on Pirate Night for you, that would be fine because you will still be able to have a pirate-y good time on deck during the Deck Party and fireworks show!
Kara, I hope I was able to assist you with the planning process! If you have any other questions prior to January, please come back and visit us again!
