We have a 7night/ 7 day pass (including the day we arrive). I know that we will want 2 full days at MK. Of the other 3 parks, which ones do you think needs more than 1 day to get the full experience? We have 1 child who will be just shy of 3.

Hi, Brooke! Definitely Epcot. It's a multi-day experience. There is so much there - from attractions in Futureworld to touring around World Showcase. Your little biscuit will especially enjoy the Seas with Nemo and Friends, Living with the Land, Journey into Imagination, Spaceship Earth and the play area at Mission: Space in Futureworld. World Showcase is a whole other experience. The family time is especially awesome while strolling around World Showcase, and it's a great opportunity to casually immerse your son in different cultures. Make sure you immerse him in bratwurst in Germany and school bread in Norway while you're at it.
