Ahoy there, Karen - welcome to
planDisney!
Rotational dining is one of my favorite unique features of a
Disney Cruise Line sailing. I'm actually answering your question from a plane heading home from an amazing cruise on the
brand-new Disney Wish! Let me tell you, those restaurants are absolutely stellar, as are the options on
all Disney Cruise Line ships.
On sailings longer than three days, you will be assigned to dine at some restaurants multiple times throughout your voyage. Some nights may even feature special menus! For example, on my four-night sailing on the Wish, the second time we dined at
1923 there was a special Pirate Night menu that was completely different than the regular menu we'd enjoyed at 1923 on the previous night.
Rest assured Karen, there is an amazing multi-course dinner waiting for you at your assigned restaurant each night. You are, of course, welcome to skip your scheduled rotational dinner on any night. Sometimes you might be craving something from
somewhere else on the ship, you might want to try an
adults-only dining option, or you might just not be hungry - you do you!
I hope this information is helpful, Karen -
swim on over with more questions any time!
