Does the 3 night cruise on the Magic from Fort Lauderdale have a Pirate's Night?

Ahoy Susan! Thanks for cruising by planDisney with your question for us. I’m happy to see you’re thinking of a 3-night cruise from Fort Lauderdale on the timeless classic, Disney Magic!

I’m happy to report that in general, 3-night cruises departing on the Disney Magic from Fort Lauderdale will have a scheduled Pirate Night. Pirate Night is a very fun themed evening filled with immersive entertainment for the whole family! There usually is not a Pirate Night menu in the main dining room, but swashbuckling fun abounds at the deck party, culminating with fireworks at sea (weather permitting).

Once you board the ship, be sure to hop on to the Disney Cruise Line Navigation App. You’ll be able to view each day’s schedule of activities, including photo opportunities with Characters! You'll likely run into Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse donning their buccaneer gear on Pirate Night.

Susan, I hope this information is helpful for you. If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to cruise by planDisney again. We’re always happy to help you plan a magical Disney vacation!

    SEA ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
