Ahoy there, Christina, and welcome to planDisney!
I love that you’ll be vacationing on the
Disney Wish this December. What a beautiful time to sail the Big Blue! It looks like you should pack your finest holiday AND pirate garb because on Night 2, after your day in Nassau, Disney Cruise Line will celebrate both Mickey & Minnie's Holiday Party and Pirate Night. If the weather cooperates, the skies will even light up with fireworks following the
deck party.
Because you’re on a 3-Night sailing, there are no other official theme nights onboard, but that doesn’t mean you and your fellow passengers can’t dress up. In fact, I encourage it! Once you step on the ship and connect your phone (with the
DCL Navigator app downloaded) to the free guest wifi, you can check your assigned dining rotations. Even without a stated formal or semi-formal night, I choose to dress up the night we eat in 1923 because both the decor and menu are so elegant.
Of course, if you want to enjoy an even more elevated dining experience, you can book a night at
Palo Steakhouse, where formal or semi-formal attire is recommended. There is an extra fee to dine here, but the ambiance alone is worth it!
Otherwise, the way you cruise is up to you! Keep it casual at Marceline Market or even rest in the robe provided in your stateroom while ordering
complimentary room service at sea. The options are endless (just like the buffet!). And if you think of any other questions we can answer before your trip, I hope you’ll visit us again here at
planDisney.
Bon voyage,
Sami
