Ahoy there, Kelly! I am absolutely thrilled you sailed by with a question about your 7-Night Alaska Cruise. Hoo-hoo! Big summer blowout! You are in for such a treat!
You can freeze the night away with the
Frozen Deck Party on Friday (Night 5). This is the day you will be in Juneau. And it won't be the first time in forever you get to enjoy time with these characters, stories and songs. The Disney Wonder is also home to
Frozen, A Musical Spectacular. There'll be music! There'll be fun! The calendar for the onboard entertainment will be available on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship.
You will also have a formal night on Tuesday, your first day at sea, and a semi-formal night on Saturday after spending the day in Ketchikan.
People on your cruise may be getting excited about Day 3 because it is the day you go to Dawes Glacier. On my cruise, and I think traditionally on this itinerary, this is the day you will find Mickey, Minnie and their pals donning their Alaska-inspired outfits. It is so much fun and a must-do photo opp for this cruise. You can check the Navigator app for the times and locations of character greetings. I also asked a Cast Member with the Entertainment Team to make sure I did not miss this.
The other not-to-be-missed activity exclusive to these Alaskan adventures is the naturalists and experts on board who offer sessions on the environment and wildlife that surround you. Going on a cruise and attending a lecture? It was nothing like the life I've led so far. And I loved every minute of it.
I hope your trip has you dancing through the halls and counting down the days to the next time you can cruise. If you have any other questions, please come back by
planDisney.
Ice is my Life!
