Hi. My niece won 4- 3 day, one park per day tickets to Disneyland before Covid. They have an expiration date of 12/15/20. Will Disney company extend the expiration date of these tickets? Thank you. Jean

    Greetings Jean!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you bringing your excellent question our way!

First of all, congrats to your niece for being the top winner! I can’t think of a better prize than tickets to the Disneyland Resort! Wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the stated expiration date. If you’re unable to use your 3-day theme park tickets before December 15, 2020, don’t worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because your niece won the tickets, I recommend checking with the organization that the tickets came from to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a Guest Relations location inside the theme park to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

I know you’ll enjoy a magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort whenever you’re able to go! If you think of any more questions, please let us know! We're here to help you make the most of your vacation!
