Hi Ana,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question about Theme Park Tickets. I am so sorry to hear that you are no longer able to visit Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season, hopefully you will be back at the "Most Magical Place on Earth" before you know it!
Unfortunately,
Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, but can be used at a later date. If you are unable to visit prior to your Theme Park Tickets expiring, the value of your Theme Park Ticket can be used toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Ticket once you are able to travel again. On a positive note, it does mean that you will have a Theme Park Ticket ready to go once you are ready to visit Walt Disney World Resort later on! If there is a specific reason why you are unable to visit, you could always try calling the
existing tickets phone line and speaking with a Cast Member. While not guaranteed, they may be able to work their magic and given extenuating circumstances assist with your request in one way or another.
I hope you will be back at Walt Disney World Resort soon, Ana. If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney, we are always here to help.
~Stephanie
